Definetly not!!! It will stain your blond!! And after it fades (which it will) you will have a light black to a greyish color in your hair until you color it a different color to cover all your color up.
well that depends, my friend had it done but she died the whole under part of her hair. if you do it would look great but you shouldnt do the typical highlights from the root, pull up the top part of your hair and dye the longer layers underneath, (fully or in streaks) that why it looks cooler! =]
