I wouldnt make it too light, but something to help would be to make sure you pluck em' so they wont be as noticible,but dont over do it!!! Or you could just get them dyed, people do that all the time!!I have light hair and black eyebrowns, are blonde highlights a bad idea?

um...i don't know, cause i have black hair and black eyebrows. just try it...see what happens...sorry this isn't much of a help, but...
if you dont dye your eye brows too but do what makes you happy
