I have naturally dark brown hair and very white skin and brown eyes. For the past 5 years I have had my hair a medium ashy brown with dark and light blonde highlights. I would like to try something new...any suggestions?
My skin tone is probably more cool than warm. (My wrist veins are blue), and I don't tan easily.
