I need color ideas for highlighting my hair. I am a black female with natural hair. Any ideas?

I was thinking about trying Aveda to do it for me since their products are all natural. My hair is thick and coarse if anyone can help I would appreciate it.I need color ideas for highlighting my hair. I am a black female with natural hair. Any ideas?
a dark chestnut would look more natural then some of the other suggestions you could buy some extensions that are of the same texture color #33 or #30 to see the results wear it a few days and see how you like it or go to the wig shop and try on a few differnt colors to see what color matches your skin-toneif you are feeling wild go for #27 lol or #99jI need color ideas for highlighting my hair. Black or purple

go a little lighter- high light maybe a light brown
fushia plum, or crimson will show up really nice in your hair. I suggest trying a rinse out temp, that way you won't be stuck with a color you don't like.
I think that depends on if you want to stand out , or fit in ,or if you just want something not one person has. If you want something that is not to LOOK AT ME ,go with red (my x-ant had that and it looked great) or brown it is not that much you can do that can go wrong with brown!I HOPE I HELPED!

Talk to the stylist that does your hair. They will have the best ideas of what would look good with your skin coloring and hair type. I think color should reflect on your personality. I think either an auburn or blond streaks might look kinda cool though.
